Notice is hereby given that, the 12th Annual General Body Meeting of the shareholders of the Multi State Agri –Horticultural Development Co-Operative Society Ltd. will be held at MSCS Registered office, Poonjar South on 29th September 2023 Friday 3.00 Pm to transact the following business. Members are requested to attend the meeting on time.
- To discuss and adopt the Report of Board of Directors
- To receive, discuss and adopt the Audited balance Sheet as at 31/03/2023 and profit and loss account of the society for the financial year ended 31/03/2023 together with annual auditors report.
- To appoint Auditors for the year 2023-2024 and fix remuneration.
- Notice of Annual General Meeting.
- Presentation of report of the Board of Directors
- Consideration of Annual Accounts for the financial year 2022-2023
- Discussion and adoption of the Auditors report on the Balance Sheet and Accounts.
- Declaration of Dividend for the financial year 2022-2023
- Appointment of Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2023-2024
- Approval of the Budget for the financial year 2023-2024
- Opening branches in Kerala & Karnataka.
- Investment in subsidiary institutions.
