NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that, the 11th Annual General Body meeting of the shareholders of the MULTI STATE AGRI-HORTICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY Ltd. will be held at Registered Office of the Society, Poonjar South on 29th September 2022, Thursday at 03 PM to transact the following business. Members are requested to attend the meeting on time.

1. To discuss and adopt the Report of the Board of Directors
2. To receive, discuss and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at 31.03.2022 and Profit and Loss Account of the Society for the financial year ended 31.03.2022 together with annual auditor’s report.
3. To appoint Auditors for the year 2022 – 2023 and fix the remuneration.
4. Change of name and logo of the Society.
